One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
All transactions are processed through our secure escrow system.
Payments are held until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the product or service.
For digital products, payment is typically released within 24 hours of download.
For physical products, payment is released upon delivery confirmation.
For services, payment may be released based on milestone completion.
Disputes will be resolved through our mediation process.
Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
All products must meet quality standards and legal requirements.
Vendors are responsible for timely delivery of products and services.
Vendors must respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
False or misleading product information may result in account suspension.
Buyers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
Buyers must confirm receipt of products within the specified timeframe.
Buyers are responsible for understanding product specifications before purchase.
Buyers must use products in accordance with applicable licenses and terms.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account termination.
Digital products may be returned within 7 days if they don’t meet specifications.
Physical products may be returned within 30 days in original condition.
Custom or personalized products are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are processed through the escrow system within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping costs for physical products are typically borne by the buyer.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property rights.
Buyers receive usage rights as specified in individual product licenses.
Our platform and its original content remain our intellectual property.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Copyright infringement claims will be handled according to applicable laws.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.
Selling illegal, harmful, or prohibited products or services.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Violating intellectual property rights of others.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed.
